Data collected and purpose
The site has no user accounts. The only personal data collected comes from the booking-request form: first name, last name, email, phone, stay dates and details, optional message. It is used solely to process and answer your request (pre-contractual measures, article 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients
Your request is stored in our customer-relationship tool (Odoo) and handled by the villa hosts. Availability is checked with our calendar manager (Smoobu) without sharing your personal data at this stage. The site is hosted by Vercel (transfers covered by standard contractual clauses).
Retention
Requests not followed by a booking: 2 years after last contact. Completed bookings: statutory accounting and tax retention periods for invoicing documents.
Cookies and trackers
The site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers — which is why no consent banner is shown. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally on your device (functional exemption). Audience measurement (Vercel Analytics) is cookieless and processes no identifying data.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: contact@villadesgones.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
