Last updated: 12 June 2026

Purpose

These terms govern the holiday rental of Villa des Gones (Dommartin, France) offered by Angelo Bernalicis, sole proprietor (SIREN 981 351 133).

Request and booking confirmation

Requests made on the site are free and non-binding: no payment is taken online. A booking is only concluded once the hosts confirm in writing, stating the final price. Amounts shown on the site are estimates.

Capacity

Overnight stays: up to 16 guests. Day events: on quote, capacity agreed with the hosts at confirmation.

Price and payment

A 30% deposit may be paid through a secure payment link sent by the hosts; it is optional and recommended, and locks the dates for the guest. The balance is paid by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival, or in cash on arrival day. Cheques are not accepted, except for the security deposit. Any applicable tourist tax is added per local regulations.

Security deposit

A €3,000 security deposit is handed over on arrival as an uncashed cheque. It is returned after the check-out inspection, less any damage observed.

Cancellation

If the guest cancels, any amounts paid are handled according to the following tiers:

  • Any amount paid is fully refunded up to 30 days before arrival
  • 50% of any amount paid refunded between 30 and 14 days before arrival
  • Amounts paid are non-refundable less than 14 days before arrival

Check-in, check-out and house rules

The rules below form part of these terms and are restated in the booking confirmation:

  • Flexible check-in — bookings run noon to noon
  • Check-out before noon
  • Stays extendable on request
  • Pets not allowed
  • Welcomed by the villa managers, reachable throughout your stay
  • €3,000 security deposit by cheque, handed over on arrival (not cashed)
  • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival (if a deposit was paid)

Liability and insurance

Guests are advised to hold liability insurance covering holiday rentals. The pool, spa and facilities are used under the occupants' responsibility; children must be supervised by an adult.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French consumer code, guests may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The mediator's details are provided on request and in confirmation documents.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
